Blake welcomed visiting Philip Otis Environmental Authors Amy and Dave Freeman to campus in April. Q&A followed their Breakfast at Blake presentation. 

The Freemans have traveled over 50,000 miles through some of the world’s wildest places, from the Amazon to the Arctic. They are the authors of “A Year in the Wilderness,” an award-winning book about the year they spent in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness, and “North American Odyssey,” an extraordinary account of their 12,000-mile, human-powered journey across the continent.
