This edition of Breakfast at Blake featured Kelly Baker, parent to Kristian P'25, who spoke about "Transforming Culture through Authentic Leadership."

Baker is executive vice president and chief human resources officer at Thrivent. Before this, she was the chief human resources officer at Pentair and led human resources at Patterson Companies and General Mills. She serves on the boards at Blake and the Children’s Theater Company. She is also a board director at Ferguson plc and the Opus Group. Baker received a BBA from Howard University and an MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
