Blake welcomes proposals for its 2023-24 McGuire Visiting Artist residency. Visual artists may submit proposals to work with a single division or across the three divisions (K-12).
Students in all divisions are collaborating to create a new third verse of the school song. The alma mater will continue to honor Blake's history in its first two verses; the new third verse will be sung with the original melody and musical arrangement.
Blake is looking to hire both experienced bus drivers and those interested in training to become one.
As in 2020, 2021 and 2022, Blake clinched the title at the 2023 state debate tournament. But unlike any other time in the school’s long and illustrious debate history, both teams competing in this year’s final round were from Blake.
