At Blake we know personal and professional development go hand-in-hand with developing true cultural competency. As such, the School encourages and supports faculty and staff in a number of ways, from funding participation in the annual People of Color (NAIS) and White Privilege Conferences, to bringing in experts such as Heather Hackman and Carlos Cortes to work with us across all disciplines and campuses.
