Blake Booster Club
The Blake Booster Club was established to support the extra-curricular activities and to promote school spirit within the Blake community. The Boosters raise funds by selling Bearwear and supporting the sale of concessions at many athletic events. Over 75% of the funding for the Booster’ comes from sales of Bearwear wearable apparel and non-wearable merchandise.
All parents and alumni are Boosters and are invited to participate in the many Booster activities that help raise both funds and Blake Community Spirit. There are many volunteer opportunities in all areas of the Booster Club.
The Boosters also invite anyone interested in learning more to attend the Booster meetings that are held four times a year to celebrate the extra-curricular accomplishments of our students. There are many volunteer opportunities in all areas of the Booster Club including: Homecoming and other special events, store assistance, concessions, and Booster Board member. Look for the Booster Club meeting notices in The Parent Link (US), Bearometer (MS), Bear Essentials or Parent News.
Boosters On-campus Store
Bearwear Blake apparel and merchandise are available for sale at the Booster store, adjacent to the athletic department office in the Middle School. Open to students, parents and staff throughout the school year.
Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. If your child/children does/do not have permission to charge to student account, please send an email to parent_association@blakeschool.org stating student’s name and parent account name.

Bearwear Store Holiday Hours and Locations - Come check out new Bearwear merchandise including sweatshirts, sweatpants, T's, and winter items. Bearwear purchases may be made with cash, check, or charged to a Blake account. All proceeds support the extra curricular activities including arts, student activities, and athletics at The Blake School.

December 11 — Bearwear Holiday Boutique, 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. in the Pillsbury Conference room (Hopkins campus)

Boosters Funding
In 2008-2009, the Boosters funded a Soccer Goalie Coach, purchased 50 Band/Orchestra chairs for the MPAC stage, purchased new seating for the MPAC Lobby, funded a table at the annual Athena Awards Banquet, updated the Championship Banners for our Blake teams, and funded busses for State Championship tournaments. Total giving for 2008-2009 totaled over $20,000!

Boosters Meetings
The dates for the 2009-2010 Booster meetings are September 11, November 13, March 12, and May 14. All are held in the Pillsbury Conference Room from 8:45 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.
