Michael Ankeny '09, Maisie Ide '11 Compete in US National Alpine Championships
Michael Ankeny '09 and Maisie Ide '11 competed in the US National Alpine Championships held March 28-April 1, 2012, in Winter Park, Colorado.
Ide, currently completing a post-graduate year at Burke Mountain Academy and headed to Dartmouth in Fall 2012, finished 6th overall in the women's slalom and 4th for juniors.
Ankeny, also a Dartmouth student, placed 3rd overall winning the bronze medal in the men's slalom and the silver medal in the men's combined - slalom and super giant slalom.
NBC will air the US National Alpine Championships on April 7th at 3:30pm ET.
