Spring 2012 Golf Practice Transportation Offerings (Golf: Boys JV, Golf: Boys Varsity Reserve, Golf: Girls JV, Golf: Girls Varsity, Golf: Boys Varsity)
New this spring, Blake will be providing transportation for all scheduled boys' and girls' golf matches. Golfers will be expected to ride the team bus, and golf clubs will need to be stored securely in a golf bag during bus transportation. (Exception: Due to its proximity to our campuses, no bus transportation will be provided for practice or matches held at Minikahda Golf Course.)
Practice transportation will also be available but requires advanced sign up through the Transportation Office no later than Friday, April 6. Practice transportation offerings are available for review below. Practice transportation offerings:
Middle School athletes participating in JV boys' golf will be able to ride route bus #207 to Woodhill for practice on M-T-TH-F (Woodhill is closed on Wednesdays). Route buses depart from the main parking lot at 3:35pm.
Upper School athletes participating in JV boys' golf will be able to ride a Schmitty and Sons charter bus from the Upper School to Woodhill for practice on M-T-TH-F. Bus departs north entrance at 3:10 p.m.
Upper School athletes participating in varsity boys' golf will be able to ride a Schmitty and Sons charter bus to Theo Wirth Golf Course for practice when scheduled. Bus departs north entrance at 3:10 p.m.
Upper School athletes participating in varsity or JV girls' golf will be able to ride a Schmitty and Sons charter bus from the Upper School to Woodhill for practice on M-T-TH-F and to Parker’s Lake Golf Center on Wednesdays. Bus departs north entrance at 3:10 p.m.
