Scott Donaldson ’46 has published his 18th book, "Death of A Rebel: The Charlie Fenton Story." This memoir/biography tells the story of an extraordinarily talented writer and teacher who wrote excellent books on Hemingway and Stephen Vincent Benét, wowed his students at Yale and Duke, achieved recognition at 40 as a leading scholar in American literature, and killed himself at the peak of his career.
