After 20 years in the Minneapolis Public Schools, Natalie is enjoying her first year at Blake. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she is the Middle School Cornerstone Director.
Natalie has extensive experience in urban education particularly surrounding issues of diversity, supporting academic success for underrepresented students and community building.
She is currently adjunct faculty at Metropolitan State University’s Urban Teacher Program and a frequent presenter at conferences aimed at closing the achievement gap.
