Bears take third in Section 4A;
Six advance to State

The Blake Bears girls' Track and Field team has another great group of athletes headed to the Minnesota State Track and Field meet.
The Bears finished third to Concordia Academy (Roseville) and Visitation in a very deep Section 4A meet on June 2nd.
Six Blake athletes emerged from the Section meet and will head to State. Seniors Kyndal Hargrow and Alisha Reynolds will be joined by sophomore runners Rachel Neil and Kate Laxson in the 4x100 relay and the 4x200 relay.
Rounding out the Blake competitors will be senior Claire Richardson who will participate in the 1600 and the 3200 meters runs and sophomore Theresa Ford will participate in the High Jump and Discus events.
