Having graduated many of its top skill position players over the past two years, Blake will look to continue the rebuilding process with another youthful squad. That rebuilding process will start with solid pitching, disciplined team defense, and a balanced offensive attack. Above all, this roster features great chemistry and cohesion. The Bears will rely less on individuals and more on communication and shared responsibility. Fueled by a team-first attitude and gritty diligence, this year's team seeks to play beyond their years and place again in the top tier of the league. So far this spring, this young roster has demonstrated a great work ethic and a terrific approach. With each week, this group should gain confidence and grow increasingly powerful.
