Beth Davis Named
"Nuts & Bolts" Athlete of the Week

 On May 12th Week Minnesota Sports Online selected The Blake School junior softball player Beth Davis as a Hardware Hank "Nuts & Bolts" Athlete of the Week. Bears Head Coach Clara Just nominated Davis for the award. Coach Just writes: This previous week during the Bears three wins, Beth hit homeruns in back to back games for the Bears and batted 7 for 9 for the week, with 5 runs batted in and 7 runs scored to improve her batting average to a whopping .564 on the season. Beth is a dangerous leadoff hitter who can beat teams with her speed on the base paths and the speed of her bat.
Davis is a triple threat athlete starring in soccer, basketball and softball for the Bears.
