Middle School Fall Sports will begin practicing Wednesday, August 27th, from 3:30-5:00PM. Teams will practice Monday-Friday, on the Blake Middle School campus.

Any Middle School student intending to try-out for a High School level team must complete a Request to Participate form. Forms are available in the Blake Athletic Office or you can locate them online via the Blake Athletic webpage, under forms.
