Overall Record: 15-2

Section 5: Champions

State: Runners-up. Beat Bloomington Kennedy before losing to Eden Prairie in the State Championship match.

2008 Captains: Jamie McLaughlin and Emily Moos

All State First Team: Michelle Tremblay, Abby Fink, and Margaret Chute

All State Second Team: Katharine Chute, Jamie McLaughlin

MSHSL All-Star Game Participants: Maggie Rogers, Julia Heffelfinger, and Abby Fink.

Best Attack Player: Michelle Tremblay

Highlights: The Bears Varsity lacrosse team finished the regular season 11-1, losing just its opener against Eden Prairie. The team went on to be seeded #1 in the section 5 championships and defeated Minneapolis Southwest, Saint Louis Park and Edina to become the first-ever section five champions. The Bears received the #2 seed for the first-ever MSHSL state lacrosse championships and downed Bloomington Kennedy 13-2 before falling to Eden Prairie once again in the state finals, 13-5. Bears sophomore sensations Michelle Tremblay, Margaret Chute and Abby Fink all earned first team all-state honors while senior and tri-captain Katharine Chute and junior defender Jamie McLaughlin earned second team all-state honors.
