Swimmers Splash Their Way To State!

The Blake/Breck Boys' Swimming and Diving Team won the 2008 Section 2A Championship on Friday, February 22. The Blake/Breck team won in close fashion over Spring Lake Park by a score of 423.5 to 400.5. Double individual event winners John Piirainen and Nathan Yueh, as well as a strong team effort led the way to victory. The Blake/Breck "Bearstangs" now advance to the state meet which will be held February 28-March 1st at the University of Minnesota Aquatic Center.
