Denny Webster '06 Commits to Gustavus

The Blake School alum Denny Webster '06 has committed to play NCAA Division III Hockey at Gustavus Adolphus College beginning in the fall of 2008. Denny has spent the past two seasons playing junior hockey in the 'Bay State Breakers' organization, located just outside of Boston, MA. Webster was a four year Blake varsity hockey team letterman, and was a key senior on the 2005-06 Blake Boys Hockey Team that won the MSHSL State Tournament Consolation Championship. Webster was recognized with the Blake Hockey 'Rod Anderson - Hardest Worker Award' as a senior.
Gustavus' hockey team finished the 2007-08 season at 13-12-1 overall (10-6-0 MIAC). The team is coached by Brett Peterson. Fellow Blake Hockey Alum James Leathers is also a member of the Gustavus Hockey Program. Gustavus is a member of the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC).
