Berit Johnson '06 Named to ECAC Hockey All-Academic Team

Yale had 16 of the 19 student-athletes on its roster named to the ECAC Hockey League All-Academic team, including sophomore defenseman Berit Johnson (Wayzata, Minn./The Blake School).
Johnson, whose sister Kelsey played for Yale and graduated last year, had one goal and five assists in 31 games. This is the second year in a row she has made the ECAC Hockey All-Academic team.
Players are eligible for the ECAC Hockey All-Academic team if they earned a cumulative grade point average of at least a 3.00 on a 4.00 scale or have an average GPA of 3.00 over the past three semesters.
