Alpine Skiers Head to State!

The Blake Girls' Alpine Ski Team won the Section 5 Championship and advance to the state meet. Maisie Ide '11 was second and Carolyn Gagne '10 was fourth which also qualifies them to race in the individual as well as the team section of state competition. The Blake Girls' Alpine Ski Team most recently made a state meet appearance in 2006 and were state champions in 1992.
Marc Massie '09 was the Section 5 Champion for the boys' race and advances to the individual state competition.
The State Alpine Ski Meet will be held February 14th at Giants Ridge in Biwabik, MN.
