Black and White Silver Print
When I took this photo in my room, I was never expecting it to be the photo that I would use as my final print for the pre-instruction photo shoot. However, as I stated to work with this photo, I saw that it was a good photo to work with because, when I took the picture I had the image in focus and it had the right amount of light to have the perfect amount of contrast between black and white. First, I did a test print to find the right amount of light to use when I did my working print. After doing the working print, I did a split test print, which would tell me if I needed to se a filter and which one to use. I decided to use the 4 filter for 15 seconds. After a few tries at it a got a print that I was happy with for my final print but it had a few dust spots on it. To fix this, I used a method called spotting, which is when you take a tiny bit of black ink to dab on the photograph on the dust spots. The end result was a photo that was I was very happy with.
