Imagination
Black and White Silver Print: Photogram

This photogram represents some of my feelings about reality compared to fiction. The flowers represent something that is very real with their solid white color and defined lines. They're completely there, but they're kind of plain. Then there's the fairy, which represents fiction and imaginary things. The lines are intentionally not solid to represent the fact that imaginary things aren't totally there, and you can see through them at some points, but they're still beautiful. They make life interesting. If the fairy was taken out of this image, it would not be boring or plain, but the fairy definitely adds something. This is a representation of how imaginary things play into our lives. Without them we would be fine, but with them the world is a lot more appealing.
