Spare Change
Black and White Silver Print: Photogram
My photogram, which depicts spare change, is very different compared to most photograms. I exposed this one to cell phone light twice for five seconds each. I intended to create the effect of the all of them bowing down to the middle coin. It means that we worship money. I made the money stand up, and exposed it from a side angle. I knew that this would create shadows behind the coins. I intended the shadows to give the change the effect of bowing down. There are no other objects in this photogram than coins. I would like everybody to learn from this photogram; I do not think that this is what the world should look like (bowing to money).
