Cedar Lake Park
Black and White Silver Print

This assignment was to take pictures of moving objects using different methods of picture taking. We used different shutter speeds to either achieve a blurred or sharp effect. We also used a method called panning where you follow the subject with your camera and take the picture when they are right in front of you. For my shoot, I went Cedar Lake Park with my friends where I took pictures of them biking through a series of trails. This shot was at a shutter speed of 30 and was taken as the subject crossed my path. I was able to keep the background in focus while at the same time taking a picture of the bicycle.
