Anonymous Legs
Black and White Silver Print

Shooting from the hip was one of the most challenging assignments yet. We needed to have the ability to get the aperture, shutter speed and focus to work with the photograph. Many picture turned out blurred or too like or too dark because of this, but the picture of the anonymous legs turned out just how I had hoped. The person is just beginning to take a step, but in the background you can see two pairs of feet standing still. This picture came out how I had hoped because also, the front legs are in focus, and the back pair of legs are slightly blurred. Also, rather then having the main focus brought to the middle of the picture, it is brought to the left side. The sneakers are the most detailed part of the picture.
