Gambling Addict
Black and White Silver Print: Photogram

I knew when I started the photogram I wanted to include money in it because of how it looked. At the same time, I also knew I wanted to make a statement with the same print. My idea was to make a point about gambling. I wanted to show that gambling can cause a large amount of trouble and that you have to be careful when gambling. Many families lose their income because someone in the family gambles the entire week's paycheck away. I was going back and forth with how to expose the print so that the cards and the money would show through. An interesting idea I had was to use a cell phone to try to expose a print, and the end result showed that it worked.
