Out of Many There Comes Only One
Black and White Silver Print
She flaunts not her beauty to the world,
And waves quietly as the wind doth swirl;
She wanders not, but wonders well,
Why the sun shine'th about herself.
A single flower among a crowd,
As she waits to be found;
She reaches her petals toward the sun,
Waiting for a just companion.
A humble queen, a modest child,
She lingers there away in wild;
She wishes not that she could run,
For out of many there comes only one.
