The Definition of Laughter

I really enjoyed photographing people, especially young people. My goal was to make the photographs look natural, not like people were modeling for me. I found that this was the easiest when I was taking pictures of my youngest model because he didn't pay attention to the camera. The hardest part of taking pictures of young people, however, was that they moved around a lot. My model happened to be very energetic and it was hard to get the camera in focus fast enough. My favorite part about my photograph was that the background was out of focus, making the photograph even more about him.
