Icy
Black and White Silver Print

For this Black and White Silver Print I used a number 4 filter. This filter was able to capture the barren white, icy feel of being out on the lake. In the background you can see a man drilling a hole by his car. This picture captures the whole 9 yards. The up front icehouse is the first thing that you see. It represents the warm sanctuary in the middle of the icy tundra. The man drilling represents the work, and the actual act of ice fishing. The shadow looks like it is coming out of the frame. It molds together the outside white and the inside white of the ice.
