I took this picture in the sculpture garden across from school. This picture was taken for the "Up Close and Personal" shoot, where we were supposed to meet new people and ask to take portrait shots of them. The little girl was hiding behind her mother when I took this picture, acting a little timid, but also very excited to have her picture taken. I like the way she is shaded by her mom but there is some her face is partially illuminated from the side.
