My Bag
Ink print on paper, plastic, and metal
For my alternative stencils I chose to make my theme things from my bag. All of the materials I used to block out the screen were from my backpack. This personalized it because it was made up of the things that I carried around in my bag on an everyday basis. I chose the colors red and blue because of the contrast between them and because I really like both the colors blue and red. When selecting where I wanted to put them. I tried to figure out how to bring them together. I also designed a few shapes to create a road like structure that went through the print. I worked hard to cancel out the negative shapes, aligning my pieces and reshaping them. I tried to encompass unity as much as possible by incorporating some pieces into specific themes.
