Black and White Silver Print
This photograph is of a Famous Dave's building in Calhoun Sqaure. It is on a corner where everyone can see it. When I went there, there was an upbeat mood, but after using the Sabattier technique in the darkroom, the mood of my picture became eerie. There was complete tonal reversal, making the building look darker and scarier. Imagine this eerie building on the same corner! Uptown wouldn't be the same. While developing this print, I was town between having more Mackie lines or more tonal reversal. I chose more tonal reversal because it makes the photograph look much more different than reality.
