At the beginning of the project, we looked at some of the themes that make up the punk movement. We then made a list of themes for each medium to help us come up with ideas for the prints and song we made. Childish, loud, spontaneous, and rhythmic were just a few of the themes we came up with. From this I was able to create my reductive prints with these themes in mind. Overall, the print was a success because it portrays some of these defining themes of the punk. This mood was specifically created through use of quick spontaneous splotches and choice of split complimentary colors.
