I took this picture at Lakewood Cemetery, where we were working on depth of field. I liked how shallow the depth of field was in this picture. The gravestones just appear as white blobs, almost like ghosts, in the background, whereas the flowers are healthy and in focus in the foreground of this image. The foreground and the background come together to give the flowers importance; the aspect of life in a cemetery. I decided not to use a filter on this image because they diluted the gray tones and took away from the over all image.
