Ink on T-Shirt
This print was inspired by the world around me and the events happening at the time. The original concept drawing, which was far from the final print, was drawn shortly after watching a video that described the birth and death of the electric car, which was silently put on and taken off the market. At that point I felt strongly that the key to a lot of the worlds problems could simply be solved by people attempting to be at peace with their environment. The current graphic was made using Adobe Illustrator and has a hand positioned in a peace sign as the representation of humans, dark roots to represent natures roots filled with oil, trees atop the fingers to represent the bond between humans and nature, and finger prints that are dead tree rings representing humanities permanent print on nature.
