I really like the upbeat tone of this picture. The man I photographed was happy to have me take the picture, and played happy music while I did so. He was sitting in a market in Seattle, playing for money. Seeing him smile, made me smile, so I loved how I captured his smile in the picture. While I was doing the test print of this picture, I had trouble picking an exposure time, debating whether to have the man be a little dark, or the man walking behind him. I concluded that having the main man a little dark looked good for this picture. After many test prints with different exposure times, I settled on 15 seconds with a F11 aperture.
