This photograph was taken at my grandparent's house in Milwaukee, Wisconsin while I was there for Thanksgiving. This wheel and wood has been sitting here since 1990, and I thought that this was a great shot to describe my grandparent's house. It is old and dark, but has a sense of warmness to it. I choose this shot out of the rest because it has a great tonal range of value, and it is much more in-depth. The oldness of this area is all new to me, and it makes me think about my grandparent's history
