Reflection
Ink on Paper

The color that I chose was gold, and I chose it to show how the inner greatness, represented by gold, often is covered up by the black. This represents how what you intend others to see is not always what they do. It is covered up and obscured by many other negative things, which are represented by the black ink. This is where the title of the piece comes from, it displays the differences between how you want others to see you, and how they actually do view you. This image that you see is my real reflection. To create this print we took a grayscale of our self-portrait and printed the threshold of it using Photoshop.
