For my T-shirt design I wanted to do some thing straightforward, yet also have a message. So I decide to just ask the question Why? Not specific to anything just Why. That way it can mean different things to different people. I wanted it to be so that the people would not be told the answer. Although it was still simple I wanted to make it simpler, yet at the same time more complicated. The way that I did this was that instead of Why? I changed it to Y? Making it shorter. It also got more complicated because when you first look at it, it has the additional meaning of being short. So in order to make the print more complicated I made it less complicated. That prompts me to ask, Y?
