Bruin

I found this punk rock print to be the most enjoyable print out of all the ones that I have done in the class. I liked working with the element of music in my mind, specifically dealing with a certain style and genre. My partner and I characterized punk as being random and sporadic, while being fun and crazy as well. I feel that we were able to successfully incorporate these emotions into our print. The colors contrast each other well, accentuating both the background and foreground. What I like most about this print were the green shapes that were created by putting emulsion onto the screen. I feel like such designs really bring the print to life. The title "Bruin" representing a bear was chosen at random by my partner and I. This print was a lot of fun and I hope the viewers enjoy it as much as I do.
