Seersucker Wallpaper
Stamp and Ink

I made you from Ink.
My Seersucker wallpaper
Stamp carved from rubber

The intention of my print was to take a single stamp and make it into something more through a pattern. This is why I choose to bring my print together and create an argyle print. The print as a whole makes a sort of wall papery sheet of paper. I can just imagine my print being the wallpaper on someone's beach home. The color was chosen because of the sort of sea theme that I thought accompanied my stamp. When I look at my stamp I see a sea horse and a seagull and so naturally blue was the color to print with.
