Black and White Silver Print
Bringing along the camera to a dress rehearsal worked out much better than I thought it would! When we had a break and were in our dressing room, Emma happened to retie her shoe, and gamely agreed to pose. There's something ironic about this print, though. While it was probably the most artificial of the roll as I was taking it, as none of us would tie our shoes this gracefully in "real life", I think that as a print it looks the most natural. Maybe it just takes being separated from the situation. Maybe there's something natural about Emma, who's so used to performing, acting out this part. It's only an extension of what she does onstage, after all!
