Volunteer Hours Form

Please complete this online form as often as you volunteer your time at Blake. It helps the School more accurately acknowledge the parents and alumni who contribute their time and energy to Blake. It also allows us to the track the number of hours contributed each year.

To show our appreciation, Blake traditionally recognizes volunteers in the School's "Annual Report of Giving." We are immensely thankful to those who support the mission of the School through volunteerism. From five minutes to 50 hours, everyone's commitment and gift of time and talent has a great impact both on and off campus. The depth and breadth of volunteerism at Blake is outstanding and sets us apart from many other independent schools.
