John R. Hartmann Athletic Award
The John R. Hartmann Athletic Trophy was originally a Blake School award. Named for Blake's legendary swimming coach (1925-1957), it was first presented in 1969. Post-merger, the award honors athletic excellence in both boys' and girls' sports.
