Important Admissions Deadlines
The priority deadline for admissions and financial aid applications has passed, but we will continue to welcome, accept, process and review applications to all grades (PK-12) for enrollment consideration. Admission applications for the 2010-11 school year will be available after September 1, 2009. A list of important dates is provided below. All other questions regarding specific events and campus tours can be directed to (952) 988-3420.
FEES AND DEADLINES

Applications submitted before December 1 - $75.00. Applications submitted after December 1 - $100.00. - JANUARY 31, 2010
All Admissions and Financial Aid applications must be received and/or postmarked by this date. - FEBRUARY 26, 2010
All supplemental Financial Aid materials must be received by this date. - APRIL 1, 2010

TESTING, VISITS AND INTERVIEWS – When your application and fee have been received, we will contact you to schedule student and parent appointments. These appointments take place November through February.
ERB Testing for Middle and Upper School Applicants (All times – 8:00 am-1:00pm)
- Saturday, December 12
- Saturday, January 23
- Saturday, February 6
- Saturday, February 20
TEACHER RECOMMENDATION FORM(S) – After mid-November, give the recommendation form(s) and return envelope to your child’s teacher(s).
- For Lower School students, only one teacher recommendation is required.
- For Middle and Upper School students, the two recommendation forms should be given to your child’s math and English teachers.
Forms should be received in the Admissions Office no later than March 1, 2010 for first round consideration.
RECORDS RELEASE FORM – for students currently in grades 1-11, complete the "Permission to Release School Records" form and give to your child’s current school office. Please ask that the information be sent within 2 weeks. We require first semester or trimester grades and/or a copy of the most recent report card.
