Classroom Management Philosophy

|
I have centered my management style belief on several different discipline programs. I have found through my experiences in teaching that it is necessary to have a discipline approach that is flexible yet has structure. This is necessary so that students are well aware of the consequences when behavior is inappropriate and interferes with student learning. I have adopted the theory that our classroom is a vehicle for learning and no student has the right to interfere with another student's right to learn. Each student brings a special gift into the classroom, which teaches us to understand each other as well as explore new avenues or find out who we are or want to be. It is my belief that students need to learn to accept responsibility for their actions and make logical decisions.
