Here are the materials you will need in class:

- Your textbook (Realidades B, blue)
- Your practice workbook (Realidades, red)
- A spiral notebook with pockets
- Several colored pens and pencils

We will be working on approximately 1 unit or 2 chapters per quarter. Here is how my grading system breaks down:
- Preparation and Participation: Homework and class work, including participation, count as 20% of your grade
- Basic understanding: Vocabulary and grammar quizzes count as 20% of your grade
- Skills: Proficiency tests (reading, writing, speaking, listening) and projects count as 60% of your grade
